Alterations Appointments
We at Dover Grace strive to give each and every customer the best experience and our undivided attention during the alterations process. If you are interested in alterations, please click the link below to schedule an appointment. We look forward to working with you!
Any alterations needed before the week’s end with be charged a $50 rush fee. No exceptions, please.
Wedding Alterations
The first wedding alteration appointment must be scheduled 12 weeks before the dress is needed to avoid a $100 rush fee. If your wedding is within the 12 week period, please call the store to make an appointment. Wedding pinning appointments require a $100 refundable deposit. This is to ensure that all appointments notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment in the case of cancellation. The $100 deposit can either be used towards alterations or can be refunded.
We accept cash or check for alteration payments. As a courtesy, we accept card at 5% charge. Payment is due at your first appointment.
Appointments for f.gibson redesign consultations must be made through the store and cannot be made through our booking site. Please visit the f.gibson redesigns page for more information.

If you are scheduling a wedding appointment, there is a $100 deposit that can either be used towards alterations or can be refunded at the time of the appointment, unless there is a cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment. Please notify us of any cancellations more than 48 hours before your appointment to avoid the fee.
